  1. This is the official speech pack for To Serve and To Protect.  Just
  2. copy all the SOUND*.DAT files into the TSTP root directory.  If TSTP
  3. is set to "No Sound", delete SOUND.CFG and select a sound output device.
  4. The speech pack will add the following sounds:

  6.  - Intro Sounds
  7.  
  8.  - Unit Responses
  9.  
  10.  - Other sound effects like thunder and gunshots
  11.  
  12. If you wish to later get rid of just the speech pack, you can delete
  13. sound*.dat files to free up about a half a megabyte of space.
